Bareboat Hire definition

Bareboat Hire means, for any Rate Period, the sum of the Base ------------- Hire, the Excess Hire and the Additional Excess Hire for such Rate Period.
Bareboat Hire means the bareboat hire payable under each Bareboat Charter in accordance with the terms therein, which shall, for each day the Rig is operational under the Drilling Contracts not fall below USD 85,000 per day until and including 30 June 2015 and not fall below USD 95,000 per day thereafter (net of any VAT payable to Mexican tax authorities in connection with Bareboat Hire payments).
