Bar Order definition

Bar Order means an order entered in the SEC Action including findings under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b) and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Bar Order means an order of the Court barring the assertion of claims against the Released Parties for contribution, indemnity or other similar claims by other Persons in the form included as part of the Final Order and Judgment.
Bar Order means the order of the Court, entered on July 29, 1996, setting the Bar Date and approving the method of notification of the Bar Date.
