Bar / Lounge definition

Bar / Lounge means a business used primarily for the sale of alcoholic beverages where the beverages are consumed on the premises.
Bar / Lounge means any freestanding establishment that is primarily dedicated to the serving of alcoholic beverages for the consumption of guests on the premises and in which the serving of food is only incidental to the consumption of such beverages.
Bar / Lounge means any public or private establishment where spirituous liquor, as defined by Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Section 4-101.26 is sold for consumption on the premises.
