Bankit definition
Bankit provides the capability, by means of the certificate issued by Isabel, of making payments in an electronic message to which an advanced electronic signature is attached in a coded and structured manner and in accordance with prior arrangements, and sending these payments to payees in Belgium or other countries, in euro or foreign currency. These financial transactions are carried out by a bank whose head office or subsidiaries are established in Belgium and are accredited by the Banking and Finance Commission.
