MasterCard means MasterCard International Incorporated.
Card means the Visa® credit card and any other access devices, duplicates, renewals, or substitutions, including convenience checks, the Credit Union issues to You. "Account" means the line of credit established by this Agreement and includes Your Card.

Cardholders means both the Principal Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholder. In the premise, the words “Principal Cardholder” mean the holder of the principal Citi Business Platinum Card and the words “Supplementary Cardholder” means the holder of the supplementary Citi Business Platinum Card.

Eligible educational institution means any of the following:
Travel retailer means a business entity that makes, arranges, or offers travel services and may offer and disseminate travel insurance as a service to its customers on behalf of and under the direction of a limited lines travel insurance producer. For the purposes of this definition, the term "business entity" may include any individual working for or acting on behalf of the travel retailer.
Tobacco retailer means any Person who sells, offers for sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for sale, exchanged, or offered for exchange.
Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.
BIC means the Bank Identifier Code;
Postsecondary educational institution means a public or nonprofit postsecondary institution eligible for state student aid under section 136A.103 or, if the institution is not located in this state, a public or nonprofit postsecondary institution participating in the federal Pell Grant program under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, Public Law 89-329, as amended.
Educational institution means a preschool, a public or private elemen- tary or secondary school, an institu- tion of undergraduate higher edu- cation, an institution of graduate high- er education, or an institution of pro- fessional education, or an institution of vocational education, that operates a program of scholarly research. To be in this category, a requester must show that the request is authorized by and is made under the auspices of a qualifying institution and that the records are not sought for commercial or private use, but are sought to further scholarly re- search.
Credit Card Issuer means any person (other than a Borrower or other Loan Party) who issues or whose members issue credit cards, including, without limitation, MasterCard or VISA bank credit or debit cards or other bank credit or debit cards issued through MasterCard International, Inc., Visa, U.S.A., Inc. or Visa International and American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche and other non-bank credit or debit cards, including, without limitation, credit or debit cards issued by or through American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., and Novus Services, Inc. and other issuers approved by the Agent.
Credit Card Account means an arrangement whereby an Obligor makes Scheduled Payments under a Loan via pre-authorized debit to a Major Credit Card.
