Bank Principal definition

Bank Principal means each Person designated on the signature pages hereto as such or designated as such on any agreement or instrument pursuant to which it becomes a party hereto.

  • Notices to the Land Bank shall be sent to the Land Bank Principal Office.

  • Mailed notices shall be addressed to the parties at the addresses listed as follows: Bank: Principal place of business address.

  • At the request of Agent or any Bank Principal, the document shall be provided in computer disk form or both printed and computer disk form.

  • Notice of any such determination permitting the resignation of the Servicer shall be delivered to the Agent and each Bank Principal and any such determination shall evidenced by an Opinion of Counsel to such effect delivered to the Agent (on behalf of the Principals) which Opinion of Counsel shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Agent.

  • Each Bank Principal shall promptly notify Agent of its decision to extend the then Termination Date.

  • With respect to any mortgage loan or interest therein owned by it, Barclays shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any Bank Principal.

  • No Bank Principal holds any position with any depository organization other than with the Bank or with River.
