Bank Price Deck definition

Bank Price Deck means the Administrative Agent’s most recent internal price deck on a forward curve basis for each of oil, natural gas and other Hydrocarbons, as applicable, furnished to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Bank Price Deck means the Administrative Agent’s forward curve for each of oil, natural gas and other Hydrocarbons, as applicable, furnished to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Bank Price Deck means the Administrative Agent’s “base caseforward curve for oil, natural gas and other Hydrocarbons as of the most recent Proposed Borrowing Base Notice.
