Bank Notes definition

Bank Notes shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Recitals hereof.
Bank Notes means, collectively, the Revolving Loan Notes evidencing the Revolver Loans outstanding from time to time under the New Bank Agreement and the Swing Line Note evidencing the Swing Line Loans outstanding from time to time under the New Bank Agreement.
Bank Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower payable to the Banks, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Loans, together with all amendments, consolidations, modifications, replacements, renewals and supplements thereto. "Bank Note" means any one of such Bank Notes.

  • The Bank will send all Global Bank Notes to be completed and delivered by the Issuing and Paying Agent to such offices or such other offices as the Issuing and Paying Agent shall specify in writing to the Bank.

Bank Notes means notes made and issued by the Bank in accordance with Section 24 and include currency notes of the Government of Pakistan issued by the Bank;

Bank Notes means the bank notes issued by the Reserve Bank of India under section 22 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934);
Bank Notes means the promissory notes of AWHI issued pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
