Bank Guaranty definition

Bank Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 2B.01(a).
Bank Guaranty means a guaranty executed by a LC Issuer with respect to obligations of a Borrower and provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Bank Guaranty has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Bank Guaranty

Bank Guaranty means any Guaranty of the Debt outstanding under the Bank Credit Agreement by a Subsidiary.
