Bank Event of Default definition

Bank Event of Default means the occurrence of any one of the events listed in Section 15.2 hereof or of any other Bank Event of Default specified in any other provision of this Agreement or an Event of Default where the Bank is the defaulting Party.
Bank Event of Default means the occurrence of any one of the events listed in Section 13.1 with respect to Bank, or listed in Section 13.2.
Bank Event of Default means any Event of Default under and as defined in either the Disbursement Agreement or the Bank Credit Agreement.

Bank Event of Default has the meaning ascribed to the term "Event of Default" in the Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time.
