Bank Credit Documents definition

Bank Credit Documents means the Credit Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement as in effect as of the date hereof).
Bank Credit Documents means the Bank Credit Agreement, the revolving credit notes issued thereunder and each document, agreement or instrument executed in connection therewith or related thereto.
Bank Credit Documents shall have the meaning ascribed to the defined termLoan Documents” in the Bank Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Bank Credit Documents

Bank Credit Documents means the Bank Credit Agreement, the other “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bank Credit Agreement and any other document or agreement entered into for the purpose of evidencing, governing, securing or perfecting the obligations in respect of the Bank Debt, as each such agreements or instruments may be amended, supplemented, modified, restated, replaced, renewed, refunded, restructured, increased or refinanced from time to time.
Bank Credit Documents means that certain Loan and Security Agreement, to be entered into by and among the applicable Company Parties, Bank Agent and the lenders from time to time party thereto, and all documents, agreements and instruments entered into by any Company Party in connection therewith.
