Bancorp Common Stock definition

Bancorp Common Stock means the common stock, $1.00 par value per share of Bancorp.
Bancorp Common Stock shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 4.5(a) hereof.
Bancorp Common Stock means the common stock, no par value per share, of Bancorp.
