BANA Letter of Credit definition

BANA Letter of Credit means the irrevocable letter of credit No. 0000000 issued by Bank of America, N.A. in the stated amount of $4,855,232.88, which shall be a Letter of Credit for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Dollar Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit denominated in Dollars.
