The Purchaser intends to sell the Non-Registered Certificates (other than the Class RR Certificates) to BofA Securities, JPMS, MS&Co., WFS, Academy and Drexel (collectively in such capacities, the “Initial Purchasers”) pursuant to a certificate purchase agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the “Certificate Purchase Agreement”), among the Purchaser, BANA and the Initial Purchasers.

(“MSBNA”) and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association (“WFB”) pursuant to the VRR Interest Transfer Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the “VRR Interest Transfer Agreement”), between the Depositor, BANA, the Mortgage Loan Seller, MSBNA and WFB.
The indemnity provided by this Section 8 will be in addition to any liability that any Underwriter, the Depositor or BANA may otherwise have.
