Balance Limit definition

Balance Limit means the maximum balance that can be held in Momentum Money.
Balance Limit has the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(c).

Examples of Balance Limit in a sentence

  • The General Manager, or designee, may establish a more restrictive Balance Limit when and if necessary.

  • You will not be permitted to maintain more than the Account Balance Limit in your Account for longer than 72 hours.

  • If you exceed the Account Balance Limit for longer than 72 hours, BCLC will initiate an Account withdrawal on your behalf.

  • On Registration, you will be required to set your Account Balance Limit and gambling time limits subject to maximums in each case.

  • BCLC may, from time to time, change the amount of the Account Balance Limit.

  • MBLL may, from time to time, change the amount of the Account Balance Limit.

  • Assets can grow beyond $400,000 without violating the Account Balance Limit.

  • If, however, the market value of such accounts falls below the Account Balance Limit, additional contributions will be accepted.

  • Bank and Retailer shall follow the Operating Procedures for the Card Program designed to ensure that the Balance Limit is not exceeded due to load transactions.

  • However, Accounts that have reached the Maximum Account Balance Limit may continue to accrue earnings.
