Background Data and Information definition

Background Data and Information means all data and information owned by or in the possession of the CRADA Collaborator that is related to the CRADA Research Plan. This may include, but is not limited to, safety, toxicity, ADME, and/or animal data.

Related to Background Data and Information

  • Background Information means various types of information provided by the Sponsors and is defined in RFP Section 2.4(1)(b);

  • Foreground Information means any Invention first conceived, developed or reduced to practice as part of the Work under the Contract and all other Technical Information conceived, developed or produced as part of the Work under the Contract;

  • network and information system have the meaning set forth in OAR 407-014-0305, as such rule may be revised from time to time.

  • Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
