The Series B-1 Bonds and the Series B-2 Bonds shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, hereto with such variations, omissions and insertions as are permitted or required by this Indenture.

It is a condition to the issuance of the Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds that they be rated AA-(sf) by S&P.
A revision, suspension, qualification or withdrawal of the rating of the Class A Bonds, the Class AB Bonds, the Class B1 Bonds or the Class B2 Bonds may adversely affect the price of the Bonds.
