B2 Bonds definition

B2 Bonds means the County of Contra Costa Limited Obligation Multifamily Housing Revenue Subordinate Bonds (Twenty One and Twenty Three Xxxxx Apartments), Series 2017B-B2.

Examples of B2 Bonds in a sentence

  • The Series B-1 Bonds and the Series B-2 Bonds shall be substantially in the forms set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, respectively, hereto with such variations, omissions and insertions as are permitted or required by this Indenture.

  • The ratings of the Class A Bonds, the Class AB Bonds, the Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds should be evaluated independently from similar ratings on other types of bonds or securities.

  • It is a condition to the issuance of the Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds that they be rated AA-(sf) by S&P.

  • A revision, suspension, qualification or withdrawal of the rating of the Class A Bonds, the Class AB Bonds, the Class B1 Bonds or the Class B2 Bonds may adversely affect the price of the Bonds.

  • If the aggregate principal amount of the Class AB Bonds, the Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds is reduced to zero, the Class A Bondholders may suffer losses on the Class A Bonds.

  • The Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds will not be admitted to the Official List nor will they be admitted to trading on the Main Securities Market or any other stock exchange.

  • The loan of the proceeds of the Series B-2 Bonds to the Borrower is evidenced by a separate note (the “Series B-2 Note”).

  • The Class B1 Bonds and the Class B2 Bonds, when issued, are expected to be assigned a rating of AA-(sf) from S&P.

Related to B2 Bonds

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Series A Bonds means the Series A Senior Secured Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds issued by the Issuer on June 22, 2016.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Original Bonds has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Completion Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture ranking on parity with the Series of Bonds issued under such Supplemental Indenture, the proceeds of which are to be used to complete the Project.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Subordinate Bonds means all Bonds but Senior Bonds.

  • 2022 Notes means the 4.875% Senior Notes due 2022, originally issued by Rowan Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • 2023 Notes means the 6 7/8% Notes due 2023 issued by NTL pursuant to the 1988 Indenture.
