Each Party shall provide full and free registration reciprocity for temporary inter- and intra-provincial vehicle operations as provided for by the Canadian Agreement on Vehicle Registration (CAVR) without exceptions or additional registration fees for those Category B vehicles described in paragraph 1(a)(i) of CAVR.
