B-2 Note definition

B-2 Note means the note secured, in part, by certain B-Piece REMIC Certificates.

  • Chancellor (Form B2) Note: Act 472 requires the submission of biannual reports to the System President 14 days after receipt from the Institution’s Title IX Coordinator.

Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.

  • Class A-4 Note means any of the 3.30% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑4, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-2.
