AXP Data definition

AXP Data means [*].
AXP Data means all proprietary and confidential information of AMEX or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensees (referred to in this Exhibit collectively as "AXP") that is solely related to data concerning the Middle Market Leads that is submitted to ASF by AMEX, including without limitation: 1) all information defined as "Confidential Information," "Proprietary," or words to such effect in the Agreement; and 2) all information regarding AXP customers, customer accounts, customer names, addresses, social security numbers or any other personal identifier, or any information derived therefrom; and 3) any and all other information which by reason of its nature, source, use, or other sensitivity would ordinarily be considered the confidential and proprietary information of AXP.
AXP Data means all data relating primarily to the AXP Business (including all files, records and other Information relating primarily to the AXP Business that have been uploaded to Software at any time since AXP or Ameriprise began using such Software, whether uploaded prior to, on, or after the Distribution Date).

Examples of AXP Data in a sentence

  • Vendor must ensure all workstations which allow access to AXP Data are controlled.

  • The provisions of this Section 30 apply to AXP Data that is transmitted across any international boundary.

  • If AXP is directly providing AXP Data to TRX (“Internally Provided Data”), AXP must bear the expense of providing such data to TRX.

  • TRX will receive the AXP Data, and *, in the prescribed TRX format previously provided, and * per TRX’s existing procedures.

  • If AXP’s Data Providers do not use the TRAVELTRAX utility or do not transmit the AXP Data in a TRX-preferred file format, AXP will be billed at the Consulting Services hourly rate stated in Exhibit C.

Related to AXP Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
