AWEB Sites definition
AWEB Sites means any Internet website owned by AWEB. "Confidential Information" means the existence and terms and conditions of this Agreement; the data and information contained in Valid Purchase Requests; AWEB’s Purchase Request coverage and volume; information regarding other AWEB Purchase Request referral sources; and all performance metrics provided by AWEB to Purchase Request Referrer.
