Examples of AWAC Entities in a sentence

  • The Secured Parties acknowledge and agree that if any transfer restrictions for the benefit of Alumina Limited or its subsidiaries shall apply to the transfer by Holdings or its subsidiaries of any Equity Interests in any entities that indirectly own Equity Interests in AWAC Entities, then such transfer restrictions shall likewise apply to the transfers of such Equity Interests by the Secured Parties to a third party.
