Average Weekly Sales definition
Average Weekly Sales means the total combined sales of the WEEMEA Companies and their Subsidiaries (excluding the Retained Subsidiaries) , as determined in accordance with applicable GAAP applied on a consistent basis.
Average Weekly Sales means, an amount equal to the quotient of the original Outstanding Principal Balance of all Pool Receivables originated by the Originators during such Monthly Period divided by four.
Average Weekly Sales means, as of the end of each Monthly Period, an amount equal to the Outstanding Balance of Receivables generated by the Originators for such Monthly Period divided by four.
