Average Variable Rate Mortgage Loan Balance definition

Average Variable Rate Mortgage Loan Balance means, in respect of a Swap Determination Period, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate of the outstanding current balances of the Variable Rate Mortgage Loans at the start of business on the first day of such Swap Determination Period as notified to the Calculation Agent by the Cash Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.
Average Variable Rate Mortgage Loan Balance means, in respect of a Determination Period, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate of the outstanding current balances of the Variable Rate Mortgage Loans at the start of business on the first day of such Determination Period as notified to the Calculation Agent by the Cash Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.
Average Variable Rate Mortgage Loan Balance means, (i) in respect of a Swap Determination Period, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate of the outstanding current balances of the Variable Rate Mortgage Loans at the start of business on the first day of such Swap Determination Period, and (ii) in respect of a Further Issue Determination Period, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate of the outstanding current balances of the Further Issue Variable Rate Mortgage Loans at the start of business on the first day of such Further Issue Determination Period, in the case of both (i) and (ii) above, as notified to the Calculation Agent by the Cash Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.

  • Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Excess Servicing Fee Rate The rate of 0.0% per annum with respect to each Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Rate means, as of any date of determination, the weighted average of the Note A Rate and the Note B Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan A fixed rate mortgage loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate The weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans, weighted on the basis of the Stated Principal Balances thereof as of the close of business on the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs.

  • Series Servicing Fee Percentage means 2.0%.

  • Applicable Interest Rate Margin means (a) as to any Base Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “Base Rate Spread” and (b) as to any LIBO Rate Advance, the applicable rate per annum set forth below under the caption “LIBO Rate Spread”, determined by reference to the higher of (i) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Standard & Poor’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Standard & Poor’s for Mondelēz) and (ii) the rating of Mondelēz’s long-term senior unsecured Debt from Moody’s (or, if there shall be no outstanding rated long-term senior unsecured Debt of Mondelēz, the long-term company, issuer or similar rating established by Moody’s for Mondelēz), in each case on such date: Rating Base Rate Spread LIBO Rate Spread A or higher by Standard & Poor’s A2 or higher by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.835 % A- by Standard & Poor’s A3 by Moody’s 0.000 % 0.940 % BBB+ by Standard & Poor’s Baa1 by Moody’s 0.045 % 1.045 % BBB by Standard & Poor’s Baa2 by Moody’s 0.150 % 1.150 % Lower than BBB by Standard & Poor’s Lower than Baa2 by Moody’s 0.250 % 1.250 % provided that if on any date of determination (x) a rating is available on such date from only one of Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s but not the other, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the then available rating; (y) no rating is available from either of Standard & Poor’s or Moody’s, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be determined by reference to the rating of any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders and (z) no rating is available from any of Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s or any other nationally recognized statistical rating organization designated by Mondelēz and approved in writing by the Required Lenders, the Applicable Interest Rate Margin shall be 0.250% as to any Base Rate Advance and 1.250% as to any LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Special Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and each REO Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).

  • Net Loan Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Loan Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the related Servicing Fee Rate and the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Loan Balance means, at any time, the outstanding principal balance of the Note at such time.

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Weighted Average Interest Rates means, with respect to any Outstanding Notes of a class or tranche of the MBNAseries, or of all of the Outstanding Notes of the MBNAseries, on any date, the weighted average (weighted based on the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the related Notes on such date) of the following rates of interest:

  • Mortgage Loan Principal Balance means, at any date of determination, the aggregate principal balance of the Notes evidencing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of (i) (a) the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, plus (b) 5.90%, and (ii) 9.15%.
