Average Monthly Loan Balance means, for any month, the amount obtained by adding the unpaid balance of all Revolving Loans and any Term Loan owing by Borrowers to Lender at the end of each day during the month in question and by dividing such sum by the number of days in such month that the credit facility is in effect.
