Available to the employee definition

Available to the employee means that the originals of the required records (name, address, occupation, dates of employment, rate of pay, amounts paid each pay period) are made available to the employee for inspection, review, transcription and/or photocopying. Records must be available to the employee for inspection at the employer's usual place of employment.

  • Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).

  • Company Employee Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract between the Company or any Company Affiliate and any Company Employee, other than any such management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other Contract with a Company Employee which is terminable “at will” without any obligation on the part of the Company or any Company Affiliate to make any payments or provide any benefits in connection with such termination.

  • Related to the Business means required for, primarily related to, or used primarily in connection with, the Business as conducted by the Sellers as of the date hereof and prior to the Closing.

  • Subsequent Disclosure Documents means any financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis, information circulars, annual information forms, material change reports (other than confidential material change reports), business acquisition reports or other documents issued by the Corporation after the Execution Time which are, or are deemed to be, pursuant to applicable Securities Laws, incorporated by reference into the Final Prospectuses or any Prospectus Amendment;
