Available Service definition

Available Service means a support that is covered, authorized, or provided by a government program not operated by the agency, a community program, a third party such as a private health insurance company, or provided by a natural support.

Available Service means the account information inquiry service stipulated in the PRESTIA Online Transactions Terms and Conditions. More information on the service is published on SMBC Trust Bank’s website. Note that part of the service may not be available depending on the Specified Operator employed by the User.

Examples of Available Service in a sentence

  • If the Available Service to be discontinued is required by Sprint Spectrum to be a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum will use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) help Manager provide the service itself or find another vendor to provide the service, and (b) facilitate Manager's transition to the new service provider.

  • If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and such service is one of Manager's Selected Services, then Sprint Spectrum must give Manager written notice at least 9 months prior to its discontinuance of such Available Service that Sprint Spectrum will no longer offer such Available Service.

  • If Sprint Spectrum determines to no longer offer an Available Service and the service is not a Selected Service, then Sprint Spectrum may give Manager written notice at any time during the term of this agreement that Sprint Spectrum no longer offers the Available Service.

  • If Sprint Spectrum offers any new Available Service, it will deliver a new Exhibit 2.

  • As of the Effective Date, Service Provider is not using Commercially Available Service Provider Owned Materials or Non-Commercially Available Service Provider Owned Materials to provide the Services.

  • As always, you may choose to accept or decline changes by continuing or discontinuing use of any Available Service.

  • Your Indemnification‌ Except to the extent that we are liable under the terms of this Agreement or an agreement that otherwise governs your Account, if you are an owner of an Account accessed through Bremer Online Banking, you agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from all loss, liability, claims, demands, judgments and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your Account or the performance of an Available Service.

  • Available Service Plans may include: (i) an annual plan with prepayment monthly prior to each month of Globalstar Service (“Monthly Prepaid Plan”), or (ii) an annual plan with prepayment for the entire year prior to each year of Globalstar Service (“Annual Prepaid Plan”), all as further described in the applicable Service Plan.

  • You may only select , or accept the terms of, any Available Service using the method set out above and via the processes on the Platform save to the extent expressly agreed otherwise by us in writing.

  • For the purposes of determining the quantities of Gas to which charges under this clause 7 apply, quantities of Gas delivered to a hub under the Firm Service, the As Available Service and the Interruptible Service on a Day must be reduced (but only in respect of one Service, as reasonably determined by APA) by the MOS Decrease Quantities for that hub for that Day.
