  • Within 24 hours of receiving the request, the Selling Party shall respond by advising the Requesting Party of the quantity of Available Potable Water.

  • This is an Agreement for the reciprocal sale and purchase of Available Potable Water by and between COUNTY and CITY during an Emergency Water Condition.
