Available Floating Rate Sublimit Amount definition

Available Floating Rate Sublimit Amount means, at any point in time, (a) $75,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes (including the Series A Notes) purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to that time, minus (c) the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes that are Floating Rate Notes that have not been purchased and sold hereunder prior to that time and for which the closing has not been cancelled, plus (d) the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes purchased, sold, and repaid or prepaid pursuant to this Agreement prior to that time.
Available Floating Rate Sublimit Amount means, at any point in time, (a) $100,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes purchased and sold pursuant to this Agreement prior to that time, minus (c) the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes that are Floating Rate Notes that have not been purchased and sold hereunder prior to that time and for which the closing has not been cancelled, plus (d) the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes purchased, sold, and repaid or prepaid pursuant to this Agreement prior to that time. For purposes of this definition, all aggregate principal amounts of Floating Rate Notes and Accepted Notes shall be calculated in US Dollars; with respect to any Floating Rate Notes denominated or Accepted Notes to be denominated in any Available Currency other than Dollars, the Dollar Equivalent of such Floating Rate Notes or Accepted Notes shall be used for such calculation.
Available Floating Rate Sublimit Amount means, at any point in time, (a) $75,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Accepted Notes that are Floating Rate Notes that have not been purchased and sold hereunder prior to that time and for which the closing has not been cancelled, plus (c) the aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Notes purchased, sold, and repaid or prepaid pursuant to this Agreement prior to that time.

  • Available Facility Amount is defined in Section 2.2(a).

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount means at any time during a Monthly Period with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of all Outstanding Notes of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time, less any funds on deposit in the Principal Funding Account or the related Sub-Account, as applicable, for the benefit of such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes at such time.

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • FX Reduction Amount is defined in Section 2.1.3.

  • Committed Amount shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($150,000,000).

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Aggregate Revolver Outstandings means, at any date of determination: the sum of (a) the unpaid balance of Revolving Loans, (b) the aggregate amount of Pending Revolving Loans, (c) one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate undrawn face amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit, and (d) the aggregate amount of any unpaid reimbursement obligations in respect of Letters of Credit.

  • Available Incremental Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(4)(c).

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.

  • Maximum Credit Amount means, as to each Lender, the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Annex I under the caption “Maximum Credit Amounts”, as the same may be (a) reduced or terminated from time to time in connection with a reduction or termination of the Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts pursuant to Section 2.06(b) or (b) modified from time to time pursuant to any assignment permitted by Section 12.04(b).

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Aggregate Maximum Credit Amounts at any time shall equal the sum of the Maximum Credit Amounts, as the same may be reduced or terminated pursuant to Section 2.06.

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $50,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of this Agreement.

  • Swing Line Participation Amount as defined in Section 2.7(c).

  • Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance means on any day, the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Eligible Loans included as part of the Collateral on such date.

  • Maximum Revolving Credit Amount means $85,000,000.00.

  • Maximum Commitment Amount means Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000).

  • L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.

  • Advance Amount means with respect to Class A Advances, the Class A Advance Amount and, with respect to Class B Advances, the Class B Advance Amount.

  • Revolving Credit Commitment Amount means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender, (i) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has not been terminated, the amount specified opposite such Revolving Credit Lender’s name in the column entitled “Revolving Credit Commitment Amount” on Schedule 1.2, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; and (ii) if the Revolving Credit Aggregate Commitment has been terminated (whether by maturity, acceleration or otherwise), the amount equal to its Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Revolving Credit (including the outstanding Letter of Credit Obligations and any outstanding Swing Line Advances).

  • Aggregate Commitment Amount means, as of any date, the aggregate of all Commitment Amounts as of such date. On the Effective Date, the Aggregate Commitment Amount is $125,000,000.
