Auxiliary System definition

Auxiliary System means a system to serve a portion of a residence, a pool house, or other adjunct facility.
Auxiliary System means any mechanism or structure, other than the carbody, which functions during Locomotive operation, e.g., lighting, communications, etc.
Auxiliary System and "Existing Plant" have the meanings assigned to those terms in the Operating Agreement.
