Auxiliary Plant definition

Auxiliary Plant means the plant associated with the operation of generating units, required to be started prior to starting a generating unit. Availability Charge is specified in item 8 of a Schedule. Available means, in respect of an SRAS at any time, that the SRAS is, or under this Agreement is taken to be, capable of being provided by SRAS Equipment and Network Delivery SRAS Transmission Components at all of the Contracted Levels of Performance while meeting the Minimum Technical Requirements (see clause 5).
