Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Occupational license means a license granted to an individual by the State Licensing Authority pursuant to section 12-43.3-401, C.R.S. An Occupational License may be an Associated Key License, a Key License or a Support License.
Conditional license means a temporary license issued, pending completion of a satisfactory background investigation and completion of required training.
Professional license means any license, permit, certificate, registration, qualification, admission, temporary license, temporary permit, temporary certificate, or temporary registration that is described in divisions (W)(1) to (36) of this section and that qualifies a person as a professionally licensed person.
Provisional license means a 60-day license issued in an emergency situation when a licensed provider is no longer overseeing the operation of an adult foster home. A provisional license is issued to a qualified person who meets the standards of OAR 411-360-0070 and OAR 411-360-0110.

Occupational disease means a disease contracted in the course of employment, which by its causes and the characteristics of its manifestation or the condition of the employment results in a hazard which distinguishes the employment in character from employment generally, and the employment creates a risk of contracting the disease in greater degree and in a different manner from the public in general.
Material License means (i) as to any Person, any license, permit authorization or consent from a Governmental Authority or other Person and any registration, notice of filing with a Governmental Authority or other Person which if not obtained, held or made would have a Material Adverse Effect, and (ii) as to any other Person who is a party to this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, any license, permit, authorization or consent from a Governmental Authority or other Person and any registration, notice or filing with a Governmental Authority or other Person that is necessary for the execution or performance by such party, or the validity or enforceability against such party, of this Agreement or such other Loan Document.
Medical marijuana dispensary means the location from which a registered cardholder may obtain
