Automatic Conversion Triggering Date definition

Automatic Conversion Triggering Date means the date that the Closing Sales Price of the Corporation’s Common Stock is equal to at least the Trading Price for a period of at least thirty (30) consecutive Trading Days.

  • Continuation/Conversion Date means the date on which a Loan is converted into or continued as a LIBOR Rate Loan.

  • Conversion Period means the period of time commencing on the eighth day after the Offer Date and terminating on the Expiry Date;

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Initial Triggering Event means any of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • Mandatory Conversion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.

  • Automatic Early Redemption Date means each Automatic Early Redemption Date specified in the relevant Final Terms.
