Auto Dealership means a retail, automotive sales and leasing dealership in which shall be located an automotive business having as primary uses constituting more than fifty percent (50%) of actual gross annual automobile sales revenues, the retail sale and leasing of new and unused cars, vans (including van conversions), motorhomes, trucks, jeeps and/or motorcycles (“Vehicles”), and having as incidental uses related thereto the sale and leasing of used Vehicles, the sale of new and used parts for new and used Vehicles, and similar uses supportive of said primary uses and customarily part of an Auto Dealership, such that the Site shall be used exclusively for the purposes of an Auto Dealership
