Auto Claim definition

Auto Claim is defined as any claim resulting from a disabled Auto or Non-Recreational Vehicle.

  • If the annual average cost per Auto Claim for the period is less than $[ ] per claim, RA and AGI will split equally the difference between the average guaranteed Auto Claim cost and the actual average Auto Claim cost.
