Authorizing Instrument definition

Authorizing Instrument means an ordinance, resolution, instrument or other written evidence of a proceeding by which a governing body takes formal action and adopts legislative provisions on matters of some permanency;
Authorizing Instrument means a resolution duly adopted by the governing body of the Issuer on August 29, 2018 as may be amended and supplemented pursuant to the terms thereof.
Authorizing Instrument means a resolution duly adopted by the governing body of the Issuer on December 12, 2016 as may be amended and supplemented pursuant to the terms thereof.

  • Nothing in this subsection shall waive or modify additional requirements contained in any such authorizing instrument (including the Authorizing Instrument related to the Bonds); the provisions of this subsection and any such authorizing instrument (including the Authorizing Instrument related to the Bonds) shall both be required to be met.

  • The form and other terms of the Bonds will be in conformity with the Authorizing Instrument.

  • Within 30 days following a request by the Finance Authority, the Participant covenants and agrees with the Finance Authority that the Participant will, at its expense, furnish any information, financial or otherwise, with respect to the Participant, this Agreement, the Authorizing Instrument and the Bonds and the Treatment Works as the Finance Authority reasonably requests in writing to facilitate the sale or assignment of the Bonds.

Authorizing Instrument means any ordinance, resolution, indenture or instrument of the Authority authorizing the issuance of notes, bonds or other similar financial obligations, the proceeds of which are to be used in connection with the Authority’s administration, maintenance, management, regulation, operation, improvement, development or use of the Airport.
