Authorized Products and Services definition

Authorized Products and Services means design, sale and installation of customized residential garage storage systems, decorative concrete coatings and garage floor coatings, including all products and services produced, organized or distributed, which are now or hereafter approved or designated by Company. When used separately, “Products” means the products and “Services” means the services that, in each case, are included within the definition of Authorized Products and Services.

Authorized Products and Services means the dog training services now we authorize, but expressly excludes (except with our prior written consent and on terms and conditions we establish) police, governmental and private security dog training services (such as drug enforcement, airport enforcement, and grounds security) in accordance with the Policies, as well as dog care products, dog training products, dog toys, food and treats, dog training services, leashes, collars, apparel, and all other products and services produced, organized or distributed, which we now or later approve or designate by Sit Means Sit. Examples of Authorized Products and Services in a sentence

  • All other Authorized Products and Services (i.e., those which are not Proprietary Authorized Products and Services) are optional, and Franchisee does not have to offer them for sale at Franchisee’s Center.

  • Franchisee must offer for sale and exert Franchisee’s best efforts to aggressively market and sell all “Proprietary Authorized Products and Services” listed in the Operations Manual, which currently are automotive; window tinting, alarms, audio/visual, detailing, and accessories and any other Authorized Products and Services that we designate from time to time to be products or services central to the operation of Tint World® Businesses.

  • Franchisor may add or delete Authorized Products and Services and conditionally approve Authorized Products and Services.

  • Franchisor may add Proprietary Authorized Products and Services once the sales of the products or services reach 10% of the system-wide sales for one year.

  • Franchisee may not enter into any agreement, understanding or arrangement, or engage in any concerted practice, with other Tint World® franchisees or others relating to the prices at which Authorized Products and Services are offered or sold by Franchisee or any other Tint World® Business.

  • Franchisee’s Business may not, without Franchisors approval, offer any products and services that are not Authorized Products and Services.

  • Franchisor may delete Proprietary Authorized Products and Services once the sales of the product or service drops below 10% of the system-wide sales for one year.

Related to Authorized Products and Services

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer.

  • Tobacco product manufacturer means an entity that after the date of enactment of this Act directly (and not exclusively through any affiliate):

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
