Authorized Enforcement Agent definition
Authorized Enforcement Agent means the City Engineer and/or any individual that the City Engineer, the provisions of this ordinance, or the underlying legal authorities designate as authorized to implement and enforce this ordinance, which individuals include, but are not limited to, City employees, employees of the Utah Division of Water Quality, and EPA personnel.
Authorized Enforcement Agent means the City Public Works Director or any individual or entity designated by the Public Works Director as an authorized enforcement agent.
Authorized Enforcement Agent means the director and/or any individual designated by the director or this chapter as an authorized enforcement agent under this chapter.
