Authorized Demand Signal means a fax or EDI transmission or Purchase Order Form containing Applied's supply requirements information that is sent by Applied to Supplier for Blanket Order or Purchase Order purchases, as described in Section 2.1.5.

Examples of Authorized Demand Signal in a sentence

  • Any notice of default shall be in writing, reference this Section 21(a), state whether the notice relates to a specified Authorized Demand Signal (under i above) or to this Agreement (under i or ii above), and specify the basis for such notice (the “Defaulting Condition”).

  • Delivery will be considered timely only if Items are delivered in the correct quantity, and at the time, date and location specified in the Authorized Demand Signal.

  • Unless otherwise notified, Applied's receiving inspection will inspect to the latest revision in effect per the Authorized Demand Signal.

  • Supplier shall meet the (i) negotiated lead time; (ii) order adjustment requirements as set forth in Section 3; and (iii) time, date, location and other delivery requirements for Items, as specified in Attachment 1 or, if not set forth in Attachment 1, as set forth in the Authorized Demand Signal for said Items, irrespective of which Applied organization or division has issued the Authorized Demand Signal.

  • Such a cancellation may be for any reason including a reduction in the quantity of an Item ordered under an Authorized Demand Signal.

  • No cure period shall be available for termination of an Authorized Demand Signal for default.

  • Supplier shall promptly communicate its acceptance or rejection of an Authorized Demand Signal.

  • Supplier shall not, however, reject an Authorized Demand Signal for Items set forth on Attachment 1 so long as the Authorized Demand Signal conforms to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Such a cancellation may be for reasons including a reduction in the quantity of an Item ordered under an Authorized Demand Signal.

  • Authorized Driver means any of the following:

  • Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.

  • Authorized Dealer means a person authorized as an authorized dealer under sub- section (1) of section 10 of FEMA.

  • Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.

  • Railroad sign or signal means any sign, signal, or device erected by authority of a public body or official or by a railroad and intended to give notice of the presence of railroad tracks or the approach of a railroad train.

  • Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.

  • Authorized Site means a single geographic location in which Licensee conducts business, with a radius of no more than five (5) miles, which location is identified above.

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.

  • Authorized Signature means the signature of an individual authorized to receive funds on behalf of an applicant and responsible for the execution of the applicant’s project.

  • L/C Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b).

  • Authorized Signatory means such senior personnel of a Person as may be duly authorized and designated in writing by such Person to execute documents, agreements and instruments on behalf of such Person.

  • Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.

  • Peak Demand means the maximum Metered Demand in the last 12 months;

  • Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.

  • Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • Billing Demand means the metered demand or connected load after necessary adjustments have been made for power factor, intermittent rating, transformer losses and minimum billing. A measurement in kiloWatts (kW) of the maximum rate at which electricity is consumed during a billing period;

  • Authorized Distributor means a Distributor distributing product within the terms of an Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) or the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) contractual agreement. Contractual Agreement terms include, but are not limited to, distribution region, distribution products or lines, and warranty flow down from the OCM/OEM. Under this distribution, the distributor would be known as an Authorized Distributor. The term Franchised Distributor is considered synonymous with Authorized Distributor.

  • Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit F, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
