Authorized Company Officer means each Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer of the Company and any other officer or employee of the Company designated as such by any of the foregoing for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent and BD.
