Authority Representative definition

Authority Representative means the representative appointed by the Authority from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

Authority Representative means such person or persons as may be authorised in writing by the Authority to act on its behalf under this Agreement and shall include any person or persons having authority to exercise any rights or perform and fulfil any obligations of the Authority under this Agreement;

Authority Representative means the Executive Director of the Authority, or any person designated by the Executive Director to act as the Authority Representative for the purposes of this Agreement.

• If the dispute is not resolved within five (5) Business Days after the date of the giving of a Dispute Notice, then the Authority Representative and the StadCo Representative shall meet at a mutually agreeable time and place within ten (10) Business Days after the date of the giving of a Dispute Notice in order to endeavor, in good faith, to resolve such dispute.

• StadCo will not, without the prior Approval of the Authority (or in the case of zoning variances only, the consent of the Authority Representative), initiate, join in or consent to any zoning change, variance, private restrictive covenant or other public or private restriction as to the use of the Improvements or any portion thereof, or any declaration, plat or other document having the effect of subjecting the Premises to the condominium or cooperative form of ownership.
