Contractor shall meet with the Engineer and Awarding Authority Representative to establish space availability for the work under this contract.
During the course of the work the Contractor shall, through a series of weekly meetings, continually appraise the Engineer and the Awarding Authority Representative on the progress of the work and the scheduling of work yet to be done.
Authority Representative: a person duly authorised by the Authority to act on its behalf for the purposes of this Agreement and identified to the Supplier by written notice from the Authority.
