Authority of Signatories. The individuals executing this Agreement represent and warrant that they have the authority to sign on behalf of their respective parties.

Authority of Signatories. Each party to this Agreement warrants to the other that it is duly organized and existing and each signatory hereto represents to the other party that it has full right and authority to enter into and consummate this Agreement and all related documents.

Authority of Signatories. 50. Holtec Pilgrim and HDI, represent that each of them possesses the power and authority to execute, deliver and perform their respective obligations under this Agreement and agrees that those obligations are valid, binding, and enforceable under this Agreement.

The persons executing this Lease Amendment "8" on behalf of Landlord and Tenant, each represent and warrant that he or she has the authority to execute this Agreement and to bind the respective party. By signing this document on behalf of Landlord, the Property Manager (Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx) executing this Amendment on Landlord's behalf does not, by signing this Amendment in that capacity, agree to assume any personal liability or to perform any of the obligations under this Amendment. Such Property Manager is, however, authorized to execute this Amendment on Landlord's behalf and has the authority to bind Landlord to perform the terms of this Amendment.
Authority of Signatories. Buyer and Seller each represent with respect to itself that each individual signing this Agreement on its behalf (i) is duly authorized to sign and deliver this Agreement on its behalf, and (ii) this Agreement is binding upon such party in accordance with its terms.
