Authorised Transaction definition

Authorised Transaction has the meaning given in Schedule 5. Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, public or bank holiday in New South Wales. Commencement Date means the commencement date listed in Item 3 of Schedule 1, and if no date is stated then on the later of the dates that it is executed by RMS and the Dealer.
