authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;
Authorised Driver means any driver approved by Xxxxxx and whose name is noted in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as an authorised driver;
Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.
Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.
authorised party means the party referred to in Article XIII(3);
Service Center Our mailing address shown in the Contract Specifications. We will notify you of any change in our mailing address.
relevant Minister means the Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office;
authorised scheme means Work No. 1A described in paragraph 2 of Part 1 of this licence;
Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
authorised entity means an entity that is authorized or recognized by the government to provide education, instructional training, adaptive reading or information access to beneficiary persons on a non-profit basis. It also includes a government institution or non-profit organization that provides the same services to beneficiary persons as one of its primary activities or institutional obligations
Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -
information society service means a service as defined in point (b) of Article 1(1) of Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council;
Authorised Signatories means any two authorised officers of the Issuer signing jointly.
Return Destination means the place to which the Insured expects to return from his/her Trip as shown in the Application.
Authorised Representatives the persons respectively designated as such by the Authority and the Supplier, the first such persons being set out in Schedule 4. Bribery Act: the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation. Change: any change to this agreement including to any of the Services. Change Control Note: the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure.
authorised agent means a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our services.
State Load Despatch Centre or ”SLDC” means the centre established by the State Government for the purpose of exercising the powers and discharging the functions under Section 31 of the Act;
Relevant Page means the relevant page on Bloomberg or such other information service provider that displays the relevant information.
Limited English proficiency (LEP) means individuals who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, speak, write, or understand English. [20 CFR 641.140]
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
authorised taxi rank means any area of carriageway which is comprised within and indicated by a road marking complying with diagram 1028.2 in Schedule 6 to the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2002;
Authorised Representative means any natural or legal person established within the Union who has received a written mandate from a manufacturer to act on his behalf in relation to specified tasks;
passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;
Authorised Signatory means, in relation to any Obligor, any person who is duly authorised and in respect of whom the Administrative Agent has received a certificate signed by a director or another Authorised Signatory of such Obligor setting out the name and signature of such person and confirming such person’s authority to act.
Relevant Financial Centre Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre or centres for the currency in which payment falls to be made (or, in the case of payments which fall to be made in euro, a Euro Business Day or, where such currency is a National Currency Unit (as defined in Condition 9) and the Notes have been redenominated into euro pursuant to Condition 9, the former principal financial centre or centres) and in any other place set out in the Final Terms;
