Authorised Financial Adviser definition

Authorised Financial Adviser means an Authorised Financial Adviser as defined by the Financial Advisers Act 2008; or a person holding a status, designation or registration under any amendment to or re-enactment of that Act, or Act passed in substitution for that Act or dealing with a subject matter similar to that Act, which, as closely as possible, corresponds to that of an Authorised Financial Adviser;
Authorised Financial Adviser means an Authorised Financial Adviser as defined by the Financial Advisers Act 2008;

  • Legal Advisor means the officer responsible for providing legal advice to the Standards Committee. This may be the Monitoring Officer, another legally qualified officer of the authority, or someone appointed for this purpose from outside the authority.

  • Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;
