Authentication Data definition

Authentication Data means the full magnetic stripe data, the CVV2/CVC2/CID and the PIN or PIN block located on credit cards and debit cards.
Authentication Data has the meaning given to it in the ETA;

More Definitions of Authentication Data

Authentication Data means the unique Cardholder’s name (login), password and PIN-code used to access the services from the Internet and/or through the Terminal and carry out any operations within the Cardholder’s account balance. Authentication Data shall be given to a Cardholder at the moment of a Cardholder’s registration in the services; at that WING Bank shall be entitled, as provided for therein, to enforce the change of the password and/or PIN-code by prompt notice to a Cardholder sending to him/her an SMS message to a Subscriber Number specified by the Cardholder when getting registered in the services.
Authentication Data means any information submitted by a customer at the time of authentication, and includes passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, biometric attributes, or any other data that may be used for authentication purposes;
Authentication Data means the Licensee's unique login and password used for access to the Personal Account.

  • Secure Authentication means access to the Licensed Work by Internet Protocol (“IP”) ranges, Referring URL, Username and Password, or by another means of authentication agreed in writing between the Publisher and the Licensee from time to time.

  • Authenticating Agent means any Person authorized by the Trustee pursuant to Section 614 to act on behalf of the Trustee to authenticate Securities of one or more series.

  • Authentication Order has the meaning specified in Section 2.01 hereof.

  • Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.

  • Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.

  • Authenticated means (a) with respect to the issuance of a Warrant Certificate, one which has been duly signed by the Corporation and authenticated by manual signature of an authorized officer of the Warrant Agent, (b) with respect to the issuance of an Uncertificated Warrant, one in respect of which the Warrant Agent has completed all Internal Procedures such that the particulars of such Uncertificated Warrant as required by Section 2.7 are entered in the register of holders of Warrants, “Authenticate”, “Authenticating” and “Authentication” have the appropriate correlative meanings;

  • Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee shall be at the address of the Trustee specified in Section 12.02 hereof or such other address as to which the Trustee may give notice to the Holders and the Issuer.

  • Canadian Securities Administrators means the securities commission or other securities regulatory authority of each province and territory of Canada;

  • Purchase Contract Agent means the Person named as the “Purchase Contract Agent” in the first paragraph of this Agreement until a successor Purchase Contract Agent shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, and thereafter “Purchase Contract Agent” shall mean such Person or any subsequent successor who is appointed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Company Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Company by its Chairman of the Board, its Vice Chairman of the Board, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
