Tranche C Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Australian Dollar means the lawful currency of Australia.
Eurodollar Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Australian Dollars means the lawful currency of Australia.
Tranche B Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Term Rate.” All Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.
Dollar Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars.
Euro-Dollar Loan means a Committed Loan which bears interest at a Euro-Dollar Rate pursuant to the applicable Notice of Committed Borrowing or Notice of Interest Rate Election.
Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:
Tranche B Term Loans means Loans made or deemed made by the Tranche B Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b) or pursuant to Section 1 of the First Amendment to 2009 Credit Agreement.
ABR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
New Term Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(c).
Alternative Currency Loan means an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan or an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan, as applicable.
Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Term A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term A Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term A Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).
Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07(b) on the basis of a London Interbank Offered Rate.
Canadian Dollars means the lawful currency of Canada.
Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.
Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.
LIBOR Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.
Tranche C Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make a Tranche C Term Loan to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii), and "Tranche C Term Loan Commitments" means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate.
Tranche A Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.
ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Base Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.
Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.
