Australian Crime Commission means the Australian Crime Commission established by the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 of the Commonwealth;”; (b) by deleting paragraph (c) of the definition ofauthorised person” and inserting instead —
Australian Crime Commission means the agency which, in addition to its other functions, provides systems and services relating to national policing information, including the provision of nationally coordinated criminal history checks;
Australian Crime Commission means the Australian Crime Commission established by the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 of the Commonwealth;
