AUSTRALIAN COMPANY means each of Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore Holdings Pty Ltd, Cliffs Asia Pacific Iron Ore Pty Ltd, Cliffs Natural Resources Holdings Pty Ltd and Cliffs Natural Resources Pty Ltd, individually, and the term “Australian Companies” shall mean each Australian Company, collectively.
