Auditee means any non-federal entity that expends State
Auditee means any non-Federal enti- ty that expends Federal awards which must be audited under Subpart FAudit Requirements of this part.

Auditee means the entity being audited/inspected (or the entity audited/inspected by the auditing entity via a remote audit);
